Leanne Oldham

Leanne Oldham is the Catering & College Events Administrator at St John’s College. Working across the Catering Department and Reception, Leanne supports the smooth running of day to day catering operations and College events, with a focus on organisation, clear communication, and excellent customer service. She manages invoicing, menus, weekly formals, and event administration, and also plays a key role at Reception, responding to enquiries, handling post, issuing keys, welcoming guests and visitors, and assisting with student queries. With a long standing career within Durham University, Leanne brings extensive experience in undergraduate admissions administration, student support, and welfare signposting, and is known for providing a high standard of service with accuracy, discretion, and empathy.
