Assistant Principal

The Assistant Principal at St John’s College plays a central role in shaping a vibrant, inclusive, and supportive student experience. Working closely with the Vice Principal and as part of the College’s middle management team, they provide leadership across student support overseeing student services, enrichment, accommodation and college life ensuring that students are able to flourish within the welcoming ethos of St John’s by working closely with colleagues across the University and the student leaders.
Indre has built her career in Higher Education, working in a range of impactful roles focused on creating meaningful opportunities and enhancing the services that support students. Her experience spans student-centred initiatives including volunteering programmes, bursaries, internships and enrichment events. Indre has extensive experience in administration and process improvements and implementation.
As a first-generation scholar with a background in primary teacher training, Indre developed strong skills in supporting individual learner needs. Combined with her experience in student support, enrichment, and event coordination, this has shaped her people-centred approach to fostering inclusive, empowering environments where students can thrive and have a positive educational experience.
